2. Shipping

We ship worldwide from different fulfillment locations, depending on availability and destination.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days after your order is placed.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Europe: 5–15 business days
    • Other regions: 10–25 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

All payments are processed securely.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.


4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Once approved, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been processed or shipped.


6. Product Descriptions

We do our best to display accurate product details and photos.
However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal or customs services.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
