We hope you love your item! However, if something isn’t right, this policy explains your rights to returns and refunds.

Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Return Period)

If you purchased from within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — without giving a reason.

To start a return, contact us at contact@ilyr.io within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging (where possible).
  • You’ll need to include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale or discounted items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
Customized or made-to-order products.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for a different item or style.

If the new item costs more:

You’ll simply pay the price difference before we ship the replacement.

If the new item costs less:

We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll send you instructions to complete the exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ilyr.io
Include your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rruga Egnatia, Lagja 3, Durres, Albania

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
