1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging(where possible)
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
- Customized or made-to-order products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

If approved:

- Photos of the issue

6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items subject to stock availability. Customers should contact us before returning an item for exchange.
If the new item costs more:
You’ll simply pay the price difference before we ship the replacement.
If the new item costs less:
We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
We Offer exchanges if:
- item is unused
- returned within 14 days
- original packaging exists
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll send you instructions to complete the exchange.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request can no longer be accepted and the standard return procedure will apply.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and include your order number.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.
8. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
